Payment, shipping & returns
1. PRICES AND PAYMENT
All prices in our international online store are stated in DKK and Euros. We ship with DHL express. Normally it takes 1-5 days to your home, depending on customs. We send DDP, “Delivered duty paid” which means it´s the total price of the bottle delivered to you, at check-out, no additional fees such as customs, duties and taxes. You may book up to 2 bottles pr. shipment, since the shipment is fixed (under 2 kg)
*With us, some countries can pay with both invoices and cards via Klarna, it´s
quick, safe and easy! After pay can also be found at checkout.
We ship international with DHL express (packages up to 2 kg = 2 bottles pr. fixed shipping cost) We ship Mondays, or the following day on public holidays. Why do we ship Mondays? Our bottles of living bacterias, should be stored in the refridgerator, 0-8 degrees, and we prefer our bottles not to remain in a warehouse or at customs over the weekend, as our goods have a limited shelf life.
Always check the goods when you receive them. If the goods are damaged during transport, this must be reported to the delivery point and to customer service asap: firstname.lastname@example.org with photos on the same day as the goods are received.
NB! Packages that are not picked up and thus is returned to us, will unfortunately not be refunded. Since our drink has limited shelf life, we can not resell it. There fore the bottles are destroyed. Items that have not been picked up and returned to us are charged with return shipping. Uncollected packages that are to be resent will be charged in full.
We deliver to Norway, exception of Svalbard and Jan Mayen and world wide where DHL are able to deliver.
3. RETURNS & COMPLAINTS
NB! Normally there is a 14 day full return policy when you shop online.
We point out that we sell goods that are exempt from the right of withdrawal,
as these are goods that deteriorate or have a limited shelf life and cannot be resold.

Have your goods broken during transport? Please take a picture and send us an email and we will help you. This means that we send you a new item, you can exchange, get your money back, or a discount on the price, depending on the specific situation.
It must be reported immediately and within a reasonable time after you have discovered the defect in the item. We reimburse reasonable shipping costs that you may have in connection with the return of the item, when the complaint is justified and agreed in advance. You must always contact us by email before sending the item. Customer service: email@example.com
In the case of transport damage, the deadline in point 3 applies. The damage must be reported on the same day as the goods are received with photos.
Sold out items: Sometimes items can be sold out from us as our products are made in small series, and reservations must be made about this. Should one item you have ordered be sold out in stock, we will contact you. You may find that there can be a waiting period of up to 30 days. If you do not want to wait until the item is back in stock beyond the 30 days, we will refund the money to you, if you no longer want to wait.
